FunctionsProvides a seal between the piston and the working cylinder, preventing excessive internal leakage of oil during compression and rebound strokes, thereby ensuring stability and repeatability of the damping force. In some designs, it may also be used to control oil flow restriction.

Service LifeDesign life of no less than 80,000 km or 5 years. Even after wear, the ring maintains effective sealing without compromising the basic performance of the shock absorber.
